About the role
Are you the incisive Sales Manager who will propel Highlight Hotel Group into new business opportunities? Your challenge will be to match the wishes of (potential) customers with the commercial objectives of the Highlight Hotel Group, an umbrella brand with various leisure brands, from hotels to events!
You are a networker at heart and know how to represent us well at trade fairs and networking events. You are able to conceptualise and execute creative sales blitzes. The focus is now on marketing the completely renewed Htel Serviced Apartments. In the near future, you will also be closely involved in the pre-opening of our new boutique Hotel Palazzo in Haarlem.
What will you do?
- Expand existing accounts and generate new business.
- Analyse booking behaviour and convert it into concrete, executable sales plans.
- Visiting and participating in trade fairs and networking events.
- Giving guided tours on location.
- Drawing up and following up offers and concluding corporate contracts.
- Recording all implemented actions in the CRM system (Perfect View).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with an enterprising and outgoing personality, who warms up cold acquisition and knows how to build a business network quickly. You are quick to adapt and have a commercial and analytical mind, allowing you to quickly spot and seize opportunities. Naturally, you have strong communication skills and know how to deal with people from different cultures, backgrounds and professional level.

- Salary indication: €3,500 to – €4,500 gross p.m. on a 40-hour basis.
