A hotel inspired by the sea
The Wave’s sketch proposal is an ambitious proposal for the complete redevelopment of an existing hotel.
The ground floor of the building, with an inserted floor, will have a catering function. The first floor will accommodate a meeting centre, flexible workplaces and additional catering functions.
The hotel will offer about 160 luxury rooms/long-stay flats with balconies. The skylounge is located on the top floor, offering spectacular views over the sea, the race track, the dunes and the boulevard.
The Wave’s architecture is sculpturally inspired by the language of waves.
